Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Specialist to join our Christchurch Support office on a fixed-term basis, ending 1 December 2026.
In this role, you will:
- Action administration duties for new Farmlands account applications, loan applications, withdrawals, and general account and card maintenance.
- Support the effective processing of documentation and provide professional service to our shareholders and internal teams.
- Assist with queries from shareholders, vendors, and other parties.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safety-first culture.
Mōhou ake | About you
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Previous administration experience within a credit or finance environment.
- Strong data entry and account reconciliation skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
