As a passionate Customer Team, we’re here to ensure Farmlands shareholders and all customers know that we back Kiwi farmers and growers and we’re here for them every step of the way.
We show up through our branding and communications, marketing campaigns that let our customers know about our products and deals, events where we connect with our customers, sponsorships that benefit rural New Zealand and our customer teams who take care of all of the other day-to-day interactions during which we help our customers to make the most of buying from us or using their Farmlands Card.
We also keep our finger on the pulse of what our customers think and feel about Farmlands, which help us to make ongoing customer experience improvements and make the business decisions that help us to better meet our customers’ needs today and in the future.
Our Stories

Farmlands has given the opportunity to learn and grow, in line with my personal career goals. I started at Farmlands in a Brand Experience Role, largely focused on our retail, trade marketing business. However, in the space of 6 months, I've been given the opportunity to build on the previous years of experience in brand marketing and customer engagement positions, with a promotion to Customer Experience Design Lead. I value the trust Farmlands places in it's people, their background, experience and voice. Fail fast, learn faster.
