We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Driver for our Rolleston Distribution Centre. This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 07:30am - 4:00pm, with potential to increase hours over peak seasons.

Reporting to the Transport Team, your key focus will be the safe and efficient delivery of product to our customers using Farmlands Curtainsider trucks.

Strong communication skills are essential, alongside a proven commitment to health, safety, and compliance in a transport environment.

You’ll concentrate on:

• Accurately collecting and delivering consignments for Farmlands.
• Ensuring that your load is safe, secure and compliant with all relevant New Zealand laws
• Communicating with customers, internal stakeholders and service providers as instructed and/or required.

Mōhou ake | About you

We’re looking for an individual with experience in a driving role ideally gained from within the rural, agricultural, or related sector. 

You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong working relationships internally and externally, in person and on the phone. You will be confident at multitasking and able to remain calm under pressure. Your proven experience in driving will allow you to navigate ambiguous situations and successfully negotiate solutions.

Required: 

• Full class 1 and 2 licences
• Good computer literacy 

Preferred: 

• Class 4 licence
• DG Licence (with relevant operational experience)
• F/OSH
