This is a 12 month fixed-term role.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a conduit between our technology team and the wider business to facilitate the delivery of organisational benefit through information technology and business change delivery with a specific focus on business processes, tools, techniques and methodologies. 

Responsibilities include:

• Deriving, analysing design and communicating the high-level and detailed business and functional requirements for complex projects.
• Evaluating information gathered, reconciling conflicts, challenging business units on assumptions and determining their true needs.
• Analysing the current state and design of future business processes.
• Facilitating the implementation of new processes and changes through effective communication.
• Planning, estimating and tracking Business Analysis deliverables.
• Mentoring and providing direction to other Business Analysts, continuously learning and developing by researching and driving new ways of working.

• Prior experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of business analysis concepts, methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain focus on commitments.
• Experience presenting concepts to varied audiences.
