We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager for our Te Puke store. This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gain access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands.

Your key focus will be:

• Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branch.

• Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets.

• Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising to the team as well as having a growth mindset and living the Farmlands vision and purpose.

• Supporting the Branch Manager to recruit and induct new staff members.

• You come from a customer facing background and know how to provide great service.

• You bring a range of leadership skills and thrive on developing and mentoring others.

• You will have knowledge of retail/commercial operational processes.

• You have sound computer skills and can pick up new systems easily.
