Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity
We’re looking for a financially driven Transport Analyst to take ownership of cost management, financial reporting, and commercial analysis across our national freight network. This role sits at the centre of our transport function, providing the financial oversight, modelling, and performance insights that enable smarter decision-making across our owned fleet, 3PL carrier partners, and Regional Hub network.
You’ll play a crucial role in end-to-end BAU financial management across our transport operations, ensuring accurate cost centre reporting, invoice validation, and variance analysis across owned fleet, 3PL carriers, and Regional Hubs.
Alongside this, you’ll develop detailed financial models to support both large-scale and iterative change across Farmlands’ transport network. Your modelling will inform business case development and validation, support financial planning processes, and ensure robust analysis underpins key transport decisions.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who’s comfortable wrangling large datasets, deep diving to identify improvement opportunities, and delivering financial insights that directly inform commercial and operational decision-making.
