We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Services team and help shape the future of pricing at Farmlands. This newly created role is all about driving margin performance, improving profitability, and delivering shareholder value through smart, data-driven pricing strategies. This is a hands-on role with real impact—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
You will be responsible for developing and executing Farmlands' pricing strategy to improve profitability, margins and competitive positioning across its product and service portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandise and Operations, the role aligns pricing with business objectives, integrates analytics with merchandising insights and manages strategic risks and opportunities. Additionally, you will support merchandising through commercial analysis, pricing process development and category management, playing a key role in driving margin performance and delivering shareholder value.
Mōhou ake | About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial strategy roles.
- Experience working in a B2B, retail, or co-operative environment.
- Familiarity with pricing systems and ERP platforms, especially D365.
- Knowledge of margin drivers, cost structures and the financial impact of pricing decisions on revenue and profitability.
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Power BI and SQL to build pricing models and dashboards, with strong analytical skills.
