Technical Product Manager – eCommerce (Fixed-Term)

This is a 12-month fixed-term role.
You will take ownership of our newly launched Shopify Plus platform, leading its transition to a smooth, engaging and reliable ecommerce experience. This role will act as the bridge between our Retail, Merchandising, Marketing and Technology Teams.
At the end of the 12-month period, you will have driven issue resolution, streamlined processes, established performance measures, implemented improvements that enhance customer experience and business performance as well as trained the team so they are set up for success.
Mōhou ake | About you
- Significant experience managing or optimising eCommerce solutions, ideally Shopify Plus.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations including product management, promotions, pricing, inventory, and fulfilment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems would be a definite advantage.
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, operations, marketing and customer service teams.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, and deliver outcomes under time constraints.
- Experience training and mentoring others.
