Farmlands' Agronomy Development Programme is a comprehensive professional development programme designed to prepare aspiring agronomists for a successful career at Farmlands. Through hands-on workshops, in-field coaching, and supplier accreditation, participants will gain the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in this dynamic field. We have 5 places available on this programme and it does require a commitment of 12-14 months. The last day for applications is Friday 3 October 2025.

By joining the Agronomy Development Programme, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop a strong foundation in agronomy principles and practices
  • Learn from experienced Farmland agronomists and industry experts
  • Gain practical experience through in-field coaching and hands-on workshops
  • Build relationships with key suppliers and earn valuable accreditations
  • Prepare to provide top-quality advice and support to Farmlands' customers
