- Lead with Impact: You’ll be reporting directly to the General Manager – Field Sales and tasked with driving results through leadership, motivation, and innovation.
- On-Farm Leadership: Spend at least 50% of your time in the field—coaching, supporting, and problem-solving with your team where it matters most.
- Deliver Exceptional Value: Elevate shareholder outcomes by combining technical sales acumen with deep farming insights to boost both productivity and profitability.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Shape and execute a regional sales strategy, leveraging tools like FarmlandsPRO and CE, and lead local sponsorships and events to amplify our presence.
- Support & Mobility: Travel within Otago with ease, supported by a Farmlands vehicle.
