At Farmlands, procurement is about more than managing orders – it’s about leading change, shaping strategy, and helping our co-op thrive.
As Procurement Manager, you’ll work closely with our Head of Procurement to lead key supplier partnerships and deliver innovative supply solutions. You’ll be the trusted advisor for stakeholders across the business, using your commercial and project management expertise to guide decisions, uncover opportunities, and create real value.
Your role will see you:
- Lead end-to-end procurement projects – from market analysis through to negotiation, contracts, and ongoing supplier relationships.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and influence procurement outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and supply innovation.
- Manage strategic supplier engagements to find new ways to add value.
- Play a key role in embedding procurement as a driver of performance, not just process.

You’re a Procurement professional who thrives on influencing, problem-solving, and driving change – not just ticking boxes. With 5+ years’ experience in a large or complex organisation, you bring:
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage procurement and commercial projects end-to-end.
Analytical smarts (advanced Excel skills a plus) to back up your decisions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Project management or change management experience – you know how to bring people on the journey.
(Bonus) Membership with CIPS or a similar professional body.
