Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Morrinsville Feed Mill team. You’ll lead two Maintenance Fitters and take ownership of repairs, preventative maintenance, and project work to keep the mill operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, manage schedules, and make improvements that matter.

Mōhou ake | About you

• 5–10 years’ engineering experience (feed milling/manufacturing ideal)
• Strong technical skills – fitter/turner, welding, machine knowledge
• Ability to lead and support a small team
• Project management experience
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Desirable: Boiler certification or rural/agri background
