Finance Analyst (Fixed-Term)

The Finance Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, insightful analysis to support key sales-focused stakeholders and the finance team in making quality business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for data and the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the business
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate revenue and profit analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyse regional sales, customer purchasing behaviour, and external market trends, to identify and highlight opportunities and risks impacting revenue and profit lines.
- Partner with key sales stakeholders to understand their information needs and deliver targeted insights that drive commercial performance.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Analyst and Finance Business Partners to provide a holistic view of business performance and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and enable fast and informed decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in analysis and reporting processes, exploring innovative ways to present information and drive commercial insight.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and business performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and the ability to influence decisions through clear, evidence-based data.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is desirable.
