As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading Farmlands projects from discovery through to completion. You will ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met, in addition to the coordination of business change, transition, IT systems and reporting needs to support Farmlands programmes and projects.
This will be a 17-month fixed-term contract.

Considerable experience delivering technology and business projects through all stages, from initiation to closure.
Proven ability to develop business cases that align with strategic objectives.
Solutions-focused mindset, including strong risk identification, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Comfortable presenting to executive and senior stakeholders.
Experience in tracking and meeting financial commitments and budget requirements.
Desirable experience in retail, eCommerce, supply chain, D365, and change management projects.
Hands-on experience in ERP/Business System Integration, including end-to-end implementation and support.
Strong understanding of system interoperability, with a proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple streams of work, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams, managing dependencies, and delivering within agreed timelines.
