We are currently seeking someone to join our team as a Specialist Administrator – Grain, based in our Christchurch Support office.
In this full-time, fixed-term role (ending 24 December 2026), you will:
Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity
Accurately generate sale invoices and buyer-created tax invoices, and receipt stock into our feed mills and blend sites.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and inventory movements for compliance and reporting.
Support day-to-day transaction queries and supplier reconciliations.
Serve as a key contact for invoice or payment enquiries, providing timely, professional support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accuracy and contract compliance.
Assist with audits, compliance tasks, and reporting through accurate documentation.

Someone who will thrive as a Specialist Administrator – Grain will have:
A passion for rural, farming, or agricultural industries.
Previous experience in business administration, accounts receivable/payable, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ability to multi-task, adapt, and work well under pressure.
A collaborative, team-focused approach and a commitment to high professional standards.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to resolving queries.
