As the External Communications and Channel Specialist, you’ll coordinate Farmlands’ external communication channels to ensure content is well‑planned, customer‑focused and delivered effectively.
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule external communications across multiple channels.
Manage a centralised communications calendar, aligning timing and providing visibility of upcoming activity.
Monitor channel performance, analyse engagement and trends and share insights to improve effectiveness.
Support internal stakeholders with channel guidance, best‑practice advice and streamlined communication workflows.
Ensure all external content meets brand, quality, governance and approval standards.

Experience managing or coordinating content across multiple external communication or marketing channels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage workflows and meet tight deadlines.
Confidence using digital tools and platforms, including EDM or marketing automation systems.
Excellent written communication skills, with a strong eye for accuracy, clarity and audience relevance.
A collaborative, professional approach with sound judgement and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
