As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our marketing engine running smoothly. You’ll lead the coordination, prioritisation and optimisation of marketing workflows, ensuring campaigns and communications are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning the intake, triage and prioritisation of all marketing and brand requests across commercial, brand and internal workstreams.
Leading end-to-end workflow planning and traffic management for creative, content, digital, social, print and campaign production.
Streamlining and improving marketing processes to increase efficiency, consistency and throughput.
Supporting the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation and EDM workflows.
Managing production schedules, capacity and resourcing across internal teams and external partners.

Proven experience streamlining workflows, prioritising work and driving operational efficiencies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs and tight turnaround times.
Confidence using systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft suite, workflow or automation platforms) to improve ways of working.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce is desirable but not essential.
