We're looking for the next Branch Manager to lead the team at our Mossburn store.

Your key focus will be:

• Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture.

• Building a strong community environment within the store and strong relationships with our shareholders.

• Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.

• Managing budgets, P&L and financials.

• Being a presence on the shop floor, serving customers and coaching team members.

Mōhou ake | About you

• A proven track record of leading successful teams in a retail environment.

• The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Sound knowledge of rural products and services.

• Experience coaching team members and training them on best practices.

• Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.

• Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
