As Pricing Desk Manager, you will lead the end-to-end pricing and quote management process, ensuring timely, accurate and commercially sound decisions that support sales growth and margin optimisation. You’ll play a key role in connecting sales, category and vendor teams while driving efficiency, governance and continuous improvement across the pricing function.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end quote process, ensuring all requests are validated, prioritised and delivered within agreed timeframes.
Develop and apply pricing models using customer data, margin analysis and commercial benchmarks to support decision-making.
Lead pricing desk workflow and reporting, maintaining visibility of quote pipelines, SLAs and performance outcomes.
Engage with category teams and vendors to negotiate pricing, secure commercial terms and optimise value.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, embedding data-led and AI-enabled pricing practices across the function.

Experience in pricing, commercial, or sales operations roles, within a rural sales and/or complex, high-volume environment.
Strong analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and pricing models.
Excellent organisational and workflow management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to build relationships and work across multiple stakeholder groups, including sales teams and suppliers.
A commercially minded, detail-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
