We’re looking for resilient and results-driven Business Development Managers to grow Farmlands’ market share across large corporate businesses in the Upper North Island and Upper South Island regions. This is not about selling individual items — it’s about selling Farmlands as the trusted partner, connecting customers with the products, services and solutions that support their business.
You’ll be responsible for:
Growing Farmlands’ market share within large corporate businesses and organisations across your region.
Selling Farmlands’ full value proposition, including products, services and tailored solutions for farmers and growers.
Providing regional leadership by coaching, mentoring and influencing team members.
We have two roles available:
Upper North Island - Taupō and upwards.
Upper South Island - Canterbury and upwards.

You’ll be a driven, motivated achiever who understands the rural sector and knows how to build trust across a wide range of customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Proven ability to sell products, services and solutions to farmers, growers and corporate rural businesses.
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to connect with people on-farm and in the boardroom.
Experience selling solutions, with a focus on long-term customer value.
A motivated, resilient and achievement-focused approach, with the confidence to influence, coach and lead within your region.
