3PL Onboarding Specialist
Play a critical role in supporting the continued growth and success of Farmlands' Centralised Distribution Centre
Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity
You will manage the end-to-end onboarding of suppliers into Farmlands' Centralised Distribution Centre (CDC), ensuring vendors are brought online accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Working across suppliers, internal teams, and our third-party logistics partner, you'll play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the CDC and enhancing supply chain efficiency across the Co-operative.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new vendors into the CDC, including documentation, supplier setup, and system configuration.
Maintain and prioritise a large onboarding pipeline, coordinating approximately 150 vendor onboarding projects over the next 12 months.
Ensure vendor master data is accurate and compliant, supporting successful purchasing, onboarding, and rebate outcomes.
Collaborate with suppliers, Finance, Supplier Management, and 3PL partners to deliver onboarding milestones and resolve issues.
Support operational reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance onboarding efficiency and CDC performance.
Mōhou ake | About you
Experience in supply chain, logistics, vendor onboarding, or supplier administration, ideally within a distribution centre or 3PL environment.
Experience working with ERP systems such as D365, along with strong data accuracy and administration skills.
The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across suppliers and internal teams.
A proactive, organised, and adaptable mindset, with a passion for improving processes and delivering outcomes.
