The Farmlands Retail Apprenticeship, offered in partnership with ServiceIQ, is a 2-year programme designed to help dedicated retail staff earn an internationally recognised qualification while working. With on-the-job training and mentoring support, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge to excel in your retail career.
By joining the Retail Apprenticeship programme, you'll gain:
- NZ Certificate in Retail Level 3 (year 1)
- NZ Certificate in Retail Level 4 (year 2)
- 1:1 guidance from a ServiceIQ Training Advisor
- Coaching and support from managers or senior salespeople
