I am a seasoned leader who is constantly curious, values driven, and passionate about serving the New Zealand rural community with a range of products and services that meet our shareholders and customers needs and expectations.
My core competencies include hitting sales targets, engaging with shareholders and stakeholders, building and developing teams, customer centric thinking, research, data, and analytical thinking, combined with a clear vision, strategy, and measurable GTM plans. I also have the agility and maturity to change direction at pace when needed, and the ability to work with and alongside like-minded and forward-thinking individuals.
