Retail Salesperson - Motueka (Part-Time)

Join us at Farmlands and gain an NZQA Retail qualification.

Our NZ Apprenticeship in Retail qualification includes on-the-job training, self-directed learning, and mentoring support.

The program consists of:

  • NZ Certificate in Retail Level 3 (Year 1)
  • NZ Certificate in Retail Level 4 (Year 2)

Once you complete both certificates, you will be awarded the full Retail Apprenticeship qualification that you'll have for life!

FAQ's

    • You'll have 1:1 support from a ServiceIQ Training Advisor who will visit in store.
    • Your manager or elected senior salesperson will provide coaching and verification.
    • Exclusive dashboard access on our e-learning platform The Greenhouse for tracking, resources, and guidance through each unit.
    • Monthly drop-in calls with the Learning & Development and ServiceIQ teams.
    • Access a cohort Teams chat for questions big or small, 24/7.
    • You’ll also gain individual/team bonuses per certificate completion.

  • You'll need to work a minimum of 16 hours per week to be eligible for the Retail Apprenticeship.

  • If you're offered a Retail role with us, we'll invite you to register for the qualification. We'll then send you a welcome pack with all the info and forms that you will need to fill out and get back to us.
