Due to growth we have a new role available as a Technical Training Coordinator in our Training & Development Team at Farmlands.
Based in Burnside, the role reports to the Technical Training Lead and will primarily be supporting our Farmlands' Technical Programmes.
The day to day will involve:
- LMS Administration and Support (we use Totara, which is desirable)
- Design Learning & Content Development (Canva, Articulate 360 (Rise))
- Sharepoint & Communications Support
- Training Programme Support
- Reporting & Analytics
- General Administration
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Technical Training Lead in shaping and delivering impactful training programs. With access to leading learning technologies and a collaborative team environment, you’ll play a vital role in developing the skills and capabilities of our technical teams.

We're looking for someone who is systems-savvy and can pick up new software at the drop of a hat. We operate in a collaborative growth mindset team where we all pitch in and provide feedback at times so you'll need to have a can-do attitude. We're looking for a critical thinker who efficiently executes tasks and is solutions-focussed. You'll also need to be level-headed, professional and team-oriented.
The role may appeal if you're a new graduate with some experience in the workforce and are keen to learn, or a true coordinator who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, making things run like a well-oiled machine, and making life a breeze for those around you.
