Farmlands is currently seeking a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant based in Christchurch. In this full-time, permanent role you will be involved in building tomorrow’s solutions today, using the latest in business applications. You will be an integral member of a highly experienced ‘Innovation & Digital’ team working closely with our business leaders and technical teams.

Day to day, you will be involved with evaluating processes and methods used in existing systems, as well as proposing modifications, additional system components, or new solutions to meet user needs as expressed in specifications and other documentation.

Here at Farmlands, we operate globally recognised Microsoft platforms. We work closely with Microsoft Fast Track and product teams to shape Microsoft Business Applications. As a member of the team, you will work alongside our partners to build customer-centric solutions and enjoy unprecedented access to the designers of the tools we use.

First and foremost, we’re looking for a people person. Someone who can build and maintain relationships with teammates, other team members, and external parties.

You will be a great fit for this role if you like to tackle technical challenges, have a driven attitude, enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and organisation skills.

You will also have:

• Proven experience in the design, build, and delivery of customer relationship management applications/solutions.
• At least 5 years of relevant D365 CE/Dynamics CRM experience in functional consulting and systems analysis.
• D365 CE knowledge of apps, particularly Sales and Customer Service.
• Experience across elements of the Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Experience in a large business with Retail and Supply Chain functions advantageous.
• Relevant D365 Microsoft Certifications desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
