  • I've moved into a Technical Field Officer role out of store and have had great support with the transition from my Regional Sales Manager. I've also participated in the Cultivate programme which gives new Technical Field Officers the skills and knowledge to best support our shareholders. Farmlands have been a great support in my personal progression and I was fortunate to receive the Tom Cranswick Award through Farmlands when at university.
