The Store Development Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery of new retail property development projects across the retail network. This includes greenfield developments, major refurbishments, relocations and infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing large-scale store development projects and layout changes with a property development component from inception to completion.
• Driving project execution ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.
• Developing and managing project budgets and forecasts.
• Providing regular project reporting to key stakeholders, including risks, financials and status updates.
• Coordinating internal teams (Retail, Property, Procurement, IT) and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors).
• Conducting regular site visits, ensuring construction and fitout milestones are achieved and quality and health & safety standards are met in conjunction with the principal contractor and wider internal teams.
• Coordinating store operational readiness including signage, layout, stock infill and technology setup.

• Extensive experience in property and retail project management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing business cases.
• Relevant Project Management qualifications with a focus on retail development or construction.
