Store Development Project Manager
You will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery of new retail property development projects across the retail network

The Store Development Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery of new retail property development projects across the retail network. This includes greenfield developments, major refurbishments, relocations and infrastructure upgrades.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing large-scale store development projects and layout changes with a property development component from inception to completion.
- Driving project execution ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.
- Developing and managing project budgets and forecasts.
- Providing regular project reporting to key stakeholders, including risks, financials and status updates.
- Coordinating internal teams (Retail, Property, Procurement, IT) and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors).
- Conducting regular site visits, ensuring construction and fitout milestones are achieved and quality and health & safety standards are met in conjunction with the principal contractor and wider internal teams.
- Coordinating store operational readiness including signage, layout, stock infill and technology setup.

- Extensive experience in property and retail project management.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience developing business cases.
- Relevant Project Management qualifications with a focus on retail development or construction.
