As the Head of Development and Operations at Farmlands, you will play a pivotal role as both a strategic visionary and a hands-on leader, guiding the reliability, scalability, security and continuous improvement of our diverse technology ecosystem. This role offers a unique chance to drive transformational outcomes by overseeing multi-cloud platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft 365 suite, while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
You will lead a talented team, define a forward-looking DevOps roadmap and champion data-driven decisions and modern practices like CI/CD, Site Reliability Engineering and FinOps — all while partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver sustained business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a 3-year DevOps and IT Operations strategy aligned to business goals.
- Leading and growing a high-performing team, including recruitment and development.
- Designing and implementing unified CI/CD pipelines and advancing automation with AI-driven testing.
- Establishing observability and Site Reliability Engineering capabilities to meet SLIs and SLOs.
- Managing cloud governance, security, cost optimization, and FinOps across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Owning the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product roadmap, release cadence, and support adoption efforts.

- Over 10 years leading DevOps/IT Operations in hybrid or multi‑cloud environments.
- Kaizen Mindset – relentless focus on continuous improvement.
- Expertise building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Strong observability stack knowledge and SRE practices.
- Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 lifecycle understanding and experience with Unified Support & FastTrack.
- Vendor/partner management and contract negotiation skills.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and dashboard tooling expertise.
- Servant Leader – coaches, mentors, and grows diverse teams.
