We have a 8 month fixed-term opportunity available as a Customer Advisor, specialising in Nutrition.
Our Customer Advisors provide unbeatable, engaging and effortless services to our customers by liaising with all stakeholders and maintain a high standard of communication with customers throughout the order fulfilment process.
Responsibilities include:
Managing feed contracts, processing orders and queries through a range of touchpoints and channels (phone, email, chat, social etc).
Supporting external shareholders, Farmlands staff and Rural Merchants.
Taking ownership, consistently building loyalty and partnerships.
Advisors are customer focused on finding ways to make each shareholder experience unbeatable.
Collaborating with wider teams to ensure we show up better each day.
Mōhou ake | About you
Background in customer experience, service or sales.
A passion for rural, farming, agricultural, horticultural or other related industry is desirable.
Experience in problem solving, ownership and resolving enquiries through to the end.
Microsoft office suite and core CRM system application.
Strong numerical, written and verbal literacy skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Can connect with a diverse range of people.
Systematic and has an analytical approach to problem solving.
Takes ownership, committed to continuous improvement and self-learning.
Has a passion for working day-to-day within a team that thrives off sharing knowledge and expertise.
Flexible, adaptable and able to pivot and respond to the changing needs of our shareholders.
