We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑focused Brand & Marketing Administrator to support our brand and marketing teams with essential admin and coordination tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, being part of a supportive team, and helping keep everything running smoothly.
Coordinate monthly financial recoveries and support cross‑functional teams with required documentation and processes.
Manage purchase order requests and track related administration across the brand and marketing team.
Handle day‑to‑day team queries and admin needs across campaigns, events, communications, and other marketing activities.
Stay curious, ask questions, and support continuous improvement while helping ensure smooth operational processes.
Provide general assistance to the wider marketing team, including ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Mōhou ake | About you
You bring at least 12 months’ experience in administration, ideally within marketing or sales, and enjoy supporting busy teams.
You’re organised, reliable, and confident navigating systems, tools, and Microsoft Office.
You communicate clearly, professionally, and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders.
You’re calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines, and take pride in doing things accurately and efficiently.
You’re a team player who is flexible, open to feedback, and committed to supporting good work across the organisation
