We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Fitter to join our Morrinsville Mill. This is a practical role where you’ll be responsible for keeping our feed mill running safely and efficiently through planned maintenance and repairs.
You’ll work closely with operators and contractors, using your engineering know-how to minimise downtime and keep things ticking over. Whether you're repairing augers, motors, gearboxes, drag chains, elevators, or boilers – or working at heights, in confined spaces, or completing inspections – no two days are the same.

Mōhou ake | About you
A solid engineering background – ideally with experience in feed milling or manufacturing.
Fitter skills, basic welding, and machine knowledge.
A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility, initiative, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Bonus points for a Boiler Certificate or forklift licence.
