The Merchandising team is all about connecting our shareholders and customers to the products and services they need. We’re the driving force behind long-term supply and key relationships with our supplier partners, working closely with our Supply Chain team.
With over 1,100 suppliers across our network of stores and direct-to-customer e-com channels, we're the experts in ensuring our products reach our customers. We’re also on a mission to transform the way Farmlands makes merchandising decisions - armed with customer insights, we lead the way in understanding their needs, and creating the most effective models for meeting these needs.
Our team roles are:
- Category Management – full end-to-end category management and range selections
- Technical Specialists - centre of expertise for the specialist streams; responsible for development of capability in the field.
- Product and Pricing – maintaining our product master data
- Farmlands Card
